Pizza Scone

The fourth thing I made for baking was a pizza scone. At first I thought this was gong to be a tasty thing to have but because of the bad circumstances, like having limited time due to a fire drill and the absence of my teacher, that wasn't the case. Regardless of that this recipe had some promising ingredients which included jalapenos, onions, tomatoes and Parmesan chesse. one thing my partner and I should have done was not mix all the toppings together. Because it ended up tasting very strange when it was done. We also really should have made sure the dough was actually done before we started to pack the scone up. Despite of it turning out to be not too good, I personally thought the recipe looked very appetizing. So I definitely would give the pizza scone another go at home.

Peach Cobbler

The third thing I made for baking was a peach cobbler. The method I had to follow was the biscuit method. Some of the notable ingredients were peaches, cornstarch and butter. The recipe was very straight forward and easy which was just perfect for a guy who's never made peach cobbler before. The things I like about were its flakey texture, soft buttery taste and the inclusion of the peaches. I guess there wasn't really anything I disliked except for cleaning the debris off the pastry dish. Overall I felt like this was a fun dish to make and and would definitely think about making at home.

Jalapeno Cheddar Muffins

The second thing I made for baking were the Jalapeno Cheddar Muffins. The method I obviously had to follow was the muffin method. Some of the prominent ingredients included cheddar cheese, jalapeno and cornstarch. When it came to the recipe I felt like it was an easy one to do. The aspects I liked about the muffins were its savory flavor, texture, moist feel, and the cheese of coarse cause who doesn't like cheese?
The only thing I personally disliked was the inclusion of the jalapeno green peppers, they made the muffins a little too spicy. But regardless of that I enjoyed making these muffins alot and would definitely bake them at home.

Almond Apricot Crunch Muffins

The first thing I made in Baking was Almond Apricot Crunch Muffins. some of the ingredients included brown sugar, apple juice, cinnamon and apricots. The recipe I followed was the muffin method. When the muffins were done they were brown on the top with no tunnels. Some of the aspects of it that I liked were the muffin's texture, and it's taste. The aspects that I didn't like was the almond topping and the apricots because I wasn't really a big fan of them. Overall I felt like the recipe was a fun one to do.
